1. General Description
TM1 electric energy metering terminal is based on the industrial multi-function electric energy meter with wire / wireless network nodes, it is installed at the low voltage side of a transformer, 1140/660/380 voltage and current transformer is placed on the upper side of low voltage in let chopper switch, the converted signals are collected and calculated through the multi-function electric energy meter for storage and multi-function metering, and then they over transferred in real-time to the local network database through wireless network (GPRS/CDMA) or RS485 interface, and by using RF Bluetooth, PDA Hand-writing unit is used for collecting and back playing the stored data to the database of local network, thus the full parameters of electric energy in the industrial system (Voltage, current, factice power and reactive power, power factors, electric energy, harmonic wane) are accurately collected.
2. Main Functions
1) Detection of electric energy: It can be used for detecting the time-sharing forward and back ward active and reactive electric quantity, power factors instantaneous electric quantity (current, voltage, and power), time-sharing metering the four-quadrant reactive electric energy.
2) Data storage: it is used for data recording, with time mark (menthe, date, hour and minute), the total storage space is not less than 2M byte. Data are always kept after power off.
3) Wireless Voltmeter checking: the metering device is internally arranged with RS485, Rs232 Bluetooth technique and GPRS/CDMA communication module; it can meet the requirements of wireless voltmeter checking in different distances.
4) Indication of rate of charges of electricity: LED is used in the voltmeter for timing display of the charges rate of electricity at present and accumulated rate of electricity.
5) For local and remote maintenance: the metering device can be used for local and remote maintenance, and for inquiring practical parameters and real-time data, setting the parameters and on-line programming.
6) For monitoring and controlling: for local monitoring, when the load excesses a given value, an audio and shining alarming and relay, output are set. The events of recent ten times demands are recorded, such as zero clearing, programming, phase failure, excessive voltage, voltage loss, current loss, reverse phase sequence, overload, unbalanced current, time calibration, power failure, power up.
7) Inference-resisting function: excess DL614-97 and related IEEE standard.
3. Technical Parameters
1) Data precision: active power of 0.2 order/0.5 order, reactive power of 1order/ 2 order. (Option)
2) Range of usage: wide current detection: 0.01-200A; range of operation voltage: Ue±30%.
3) Range of operation frequency: 50Hz±10%; rated voltage 0.1~2kv; power consumption: less than 10W.
4) Operation Environment: operating temperature: -30℃ ~ +80℃; moisture: <85% (20℃±5℃).
5) Electromagnetic compatibility:
For high frequency interference: it is consistent with Grade Ⅲ of 1MHZ pulse train interference- resisting experiment regulated in standard IEE 255-22-1 and it is also consistent with the standard of interference by 100KHZ pulse train specified in standard IEC1000-4-12
6) Rapid transient interference: it is satisfied with the standard of grade Ⅲ of rapid transient interfering experiment specified in standard IEC255-22-4.
7) Electrostatic discharging inference: it is conformed to electrostatic discharging experiment specified in grade IV of standard IEC-255-22-2.
8) Insulation and high voltage resistance: it is consistent with the standard of insulation property, impact voltage and property of high voltage resistance regulated in standard GB7261.
9) Communication Interface: interfaces of RS232or RS485 and wine less Bluetooth, and GPRS/GDMA.
10) clock parameter: internal clock error is 0.5S/d (25℃)
11) Mean time between failures: the mean time between failures (MTBF) is ≥30000hs.
