1. General Description
XTZH The evaluation platform of energy saving equipment for mechanical mining (simulative well evaluation system of energy-saving equipment for mechanical mining), by testing different kinds of pumping-oil equipment under different conditions, and analyzing operational conditions or evaluating and testing operational efficiency, such as motors, control cabinet, pumping equipment, etc, in every segments, which can work out the best combination of the system under different conditions and the optimal control parameters under different configurations in order to provide the basis for technological innovation of the ground equipment transformation and technical support for guiding the production, which can improve the efficiency of the mechanical mining system and achieve purpose of energy conservation and emission reduction.
2. Major Functions
Test and control system includes circuit transmission, cell acquisition and software system and the corresponding accessories acquisition, which tested by every kinds of physical quantity sensors, transmitter and intelligent templates.
Test: The electric power harmonic testing equipment should be installed in the input and output end of the terminal control cabinet, which can test all of the well pumping unit (including motor and control cabinet) power input parameters and motor power input parameters, which in order to calculate the power-consumption of electric control cabinet, motor running efficiency and the systematic efficiency of pumping wells.
Motor output power test: The torque speed sensor which is installed in the output shaft of pumping unit motor can test the torque and speed of motor output shaft, and it is also a kind of receiving device that collect wireless data, then transport it into the test cell by displaying computer systems and storing a complete speed torque, rotating speed and power curve.
Damping-displacement figure test: use the displacement installed in a pumping unit Horsehead hanging rope; the displacement that load sensor test pumping unit Horsehead and the transformation of loading; the display transmitted to the computer system and a complete progress and storage of a full stroke-stroke, stroke curve, and draw the surface indicator diagram.
A hydraulic pressure test: when a test is required, the oil pressure transmitter should be installed on the tubing, and the pressure transmitter should be installed on the casing. Then, test the oil pressure and compression parameters. After the test, remove the two transmitters. The signal of oil pressure and compression test is transmitted wirelessly to the test.
Motor voltage regulator: intelligent regulator, which is installed in the test, could directly adjust voltage by remote control software, which depends on cable and the computer connection.
Computer control system controls every kind of local collection methods and data acquisition of physical quantities data; correct collection data; calculate other parameters; display and storage all kinds of acquisition and calculation data; output results of calculation, analysis and evaluation.
Electric parameter: active power curve, reactive power curve, average active power, average reactive power, average power factor, three-phase current peak, three phase current balanced, peak active power, power balance degree, motor power utilization, power consumption, tons of liquid hundred of active power consumption, etc.
Motor output power: motor output shaft torque curve and speed curve, motor output power curve, motor output average torque and average power, torque balance index, etc.
The damping-displacement figure: stroke, flush times, maximum load, minimum load, load utilization, the theory of strength and power, power figure, etc.
Harmonics: every voltage harmonic proportions within 25 times, every current harmonic ratio within 25 times, voltage harmonic distortion, current harmonic distortion rates.
Pump diagnosis: fluid column load; maximum load in theory; pump-stroke displacement pump; theoretical s at all levels.
Efficiency calculation: motor efficiency; ground efficiency; underground efficiency and systematic efficiency, etc.
Systematic evaluation: active, reactive, and energy saving rates of computer control cabinet; power factor improvement value; system efficiency improvement value; the factor, power and current balance degree of evaluation power; machine-production system efficiency; some index operation, such as voltage total harmonic distortion rate of control cabinet and so on.
