1. General Description

    XTZH-III Portable Tester for Systematic Efficiency is a new type and high precision intelligent tester especially used for total efficiency of pumping unit and their balance in oil production crew. A special and precision power testing and switching circuit, a high accurate long-like current transducer, a high pressure tight voltage clamp and cable are used in it, by using pumping speed as a circle the method of single wattmeter is used to accurately measure the single phase or three phase active and reactive powers, power factor of the motor of pumping units, and based on upward and downward power peak value automatic calculated equilibrium index of oil pumping unit and best position should be adjust for balance block. It combination with the indicator diagram, the apparatus can be used for further analyzing the motor efficiency, efficiency of reducing box, polish-rod efficiency, the efficiency of surface equipment and downhole equipment and as well as the total efficiency of the pumping units.
