1. General Description
Due to the CO2 is a kind of gas, which has high solubility in water and crude oil, when a lot of CO2 dissolved in crude oil, the volume of crude oil will be expanded, the viscosity of crude oil will be reduced and interfacial tension between oil and water also will be reduced, to capture and purify the released CO2, then inject it into underground for oil flooding in oilfield. Which not only reduce amount of releasing CO2, but also enhance the recovery ratio of crude oil, and the economic and social benefits both are great improved. Compared with other flooding techniques, the CO2 flooding technique has many advantages, such as the scope of application, flooding low-cost oil production rate increased significantly, etc. For now, the CO2 flooding technique has been widely used.
2. The Main Configurations
The monitoring and control equipment of working liquid level and the relative equipments;
Gas Chromatograph and processes;
Diagram, power, oil pressure, casing pressure sensor and testing systems;
Temperature and pressure sensor at downhole and testing systems;
RTU control cabinet;
Test cabin and ancillary facilities.
3. System Function
Test function: stroke as cycle, real-time or setting time to complete: diagram curve(including stroke, frequencies of stroke) test; motor three-phase voltage curve and current curve, the active power curve, power curve of the reactive power, power factor and balance index test. Indicator diagram on the ground and three-phase power (active and reactive power, power factor) synchronization test. Wellhead oil pressure test and hydraulic pressure curve test. Automatically test the deep of fluid level. The casing gas composition analysis. test pressure and temperature at bottom hole.
Control functions: to control the echo gun time of fluid level, automatic voice and acoustic detection; control the analysis process of gas composition.
Calculation function: According to the oil industry standard SY / T 5264-2006 "Oil field production system test and calculation method of energy consumption" to calculate rod power, effective power, theoretical displacement, pump efficiency, ground efficiency, down hole efficiency, system efficiency, load utilization stroke efficiency, power efficiency, torque utilization, fluid level depth, balance index, etc.
Diagnostic and analysis function: pump diagram, pump mode diagnosis, stress analysis and diagnosis of rod, torque analysis of crank shaft , the torque balance analysis, electric power curve analysis.
Statistics: Make statistics of each operating parameters, efficiency analysis and operating conditions for each well.
Browse function: to achieve browse with authority via the IE browser.
