1. General Description

    ZJK metering station control terminal is automation control and information management system, which is applied to oilfield 's daily management for water distribution, water mixing ,oil metering, It can  realize the automatic injection distribution of injection wells, remote monitoring and data upload;: It can realize control the total amount of  doped wells, remote metering and data upload; It can realize separator liquid metering and data upload of the separator; system is  modularize and open, which can achieve the controlling management of separating water distribution, mixing with water and oil metering, it can connect other external automation systems and equipments.  The RS485 bus can connect the on-site monitoring devices of ZJK-injection with monitoring computer of the duty room together; the metering station control management system software is installed on the computer.

• Real-time collect and display the data of the dry pressure, oil pressure, instantaneous flow, cumulative flow of the injection (doped) wells .

• Automatically saved, summarize historical data of injection (doped) wells.

• Auto testing the water absorption index of the injection wells.

• Remote setting, modify the preset flow rate, injection water quantity and starting pressure of the injection wells.

• Send collected data to the Information Center.

• With installing the appropriate equipment in the field, it can monitor and display the data and working conditions of the Oil measuring instrument.
